Original CDV of a man wearing a dunce or clown costume... wide striped pants, large pointed hat... with a baby's shoe hanging down from it? The woman next to him is wearing a shawl and holding a parasol. Note that in the bottom-right the painted backdrop is torn and you can see through it. Photographer was Gustin of Troy, Pennsylvania. CDV is 4" x 2.5" and in very good antique condition, with light soiling.
