Buyer Protection 

All orders are covered by buyer protection. Seller guarantees to ship order to the mailing address provided by the customer at checkout, and all orders receive a valid tracking number. This buyer protection is backed by Shopify as well as by your chosen payment processor.


Returns / Refunds

Returns are NOT accepted, unless due to an error on our part. A return may be considered in special circumstances. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All items are described and represented as accurately and honestly as possible and are guaranteed antique or vintage original (unless found in the "Prints" section). It is the customer's responsibility to understand exactly what they are purchasing and ask any questions before committing to purchase.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and Other Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you somehow receive the wrong item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
