Note: There are many Kilburn brothers stereoview format scenes of this railway, but the image I'm offering here is still the only 1860s CDV that I have personally ever seen. It's a very rare image, possibly a one of a kind, with E. Kilburn's imprint on the back.
Original circa 1866 CDV showing two men riding Old Peppersass, the first engine ever built at the cog railroad on Mt. Washington in the White Mountains, New Hampshire. The men might be Daniel Kidder, and Charles Aiken.
Dimensions are 4" x 2.5". Very good or better antique condition.
