Rare circa 1870 tintype of photographer Oscar Stevens posing with his Wing multiplying camera. He's holding the camera's lens cap in one hand. On the back is his Middletown, Connecticut studio imprint with his partner Kelsey. A great tintype with some surface wear issues.. the condition is stable and will stay as shown with proper handling. Mount is 4" x 2.5".
