6th plate daguerreotype of a young couple, identified on the back as "Cousins Henry Webb & Bride". I researched them before, but lost all my info on them, so I will have to try to find it all again. All I know now is that Henry was related by marriage to the New York Reverend and author William Garritson Browning, who married Susan Rebecca Webb, who I believe was Henry's sister. He was also related somehow to a woman named Ann Post Webb. I will keep trying to find my info...
Dag comes in half of a case, no cover. Its original seals are intact, and although the underside of the glass is dirty, I do not see any issues whatsoever with the plate; if the glass was cleaned this image would be even more beautiful.
