Original late-1870s CDV of a tobacco seller with his display of cigarette and snuff samples and advertising photos of actresses.
He is not identified on this image, but he looks a lot like Charles Dunning Larus, who along with his brother operated the extremely successful Larus & Brother Tobacco Company in Richmond.
