rare cd fredricks cdv catholic bishop of cuba 1800s / antique / 1860s photo

Original CDV by Fredricks, New York. Identified in pencil on the back as "Bishop of Cuba", but I am not sure of his name.

CDV is about 4" x 2.5" and in good or better antique condition, with light soiling and handling wear.
