Quarter-plate daguerreotype type of young girls, identified as sisters Charlotte & Lucy Taylor, written on the old seals in period pen.

The sisters were the daughters of William and Elizabeth Taylor of Richmond City, Virginia.

Both girls died young, both of consumption. Their obits are shown in this listing for reference only.. hard copies of them are not included.

The dag has condition issues, swipes and scratches, and note that there is NO COVER GLASS. The vertical discoloration on the right side of the image is glare from my scanner, it's not on the plate.

Shipping: Boxed Priority Mail.
