1/6 daguerreotype of a man, bottom-right corner stamped PLUMBE, additionally Plumbe's logo is on the outside of the case. Dag is in very good condition. It's no longer sealed; some of the original seals are still inside of the case. The glass is slightly loose and could fall out, so it should be opened and handled with extra care until it has been resealed. The case is complete and intact with no repairs.
This was originally part of an estate lot with identified Gray family members, so he was possibly a close relative of Chauncey and Belinda Gray of Fredonia, New York.
