Photographer with Camera on Tripod / Vintage Real Photo Postcard

Unmailed postcard, 1920s or 1930s. Overall good vintage condition with some light surface crinkling.. doesn't really jump out. Size of photo is 5" x 3.25", so slightly underized for a RPPC, but it does not appear trimmed.
