1/16 plate tintype of a sad woman dressed in mourning, behind mat and cover glass in 1850s thermoplastic case. The case is about 2" tall when closed. The tintype is in excellent antique condition, the case is in very good antique condition with a few small chips. Hinges are nice and tight, case clicks and stays closed.
