Original CDV drawing... log cabin and what looks like a soldier (note his pack) leaning against a tree.. and off on the right a tent with two women who both appear to be wearing military style hats. I could not find another example of this scene.. could be a one-off, possibly a Civil War soldier's drawing that he had photographed after the war.
Dimensions are 4" x 2.5". Very good antique condition overall.. normal light aging, some light warping to the mount.
