Interesting 1860s Outdoor Street Scene - Civil War Soldiers?

Original CDV, busy street scene, all men and a boy or two.

The back is clean, blank, with no damage.. the CDV is in very good to excellent antique condition, and 4" x 2.5". Location is not known.
