6th plate daguerreotype of a wealthy looking teenage boy with long hair, holding a ivory tipped walking stick. Uncased behind mat and glass, with new archival tape.
Very good antique condition with light tarnish ring, light buff marks, scattered specks, mold spiders, several pinprick sized corrosion specks, and a few pretty small mat abrasions, but no heavy damage.. no dings, scratches or swipes.. it's a nice image. I think it was probably taken in the first half of the 1840s.
