Two daguerreotypes, a quarter-plate outdoor scene of a house and a sixth-plate of two girls wearing summer hats. These are out of the same estate as my other listing of the Taylor sisters of Richmond, Virginia, so there could be some connection here.. this might be the family home in Richmond, and the girls could be two of the daughters of William & Elizabether Taylor of Richmond.
The quarter-plate is in half of a case, unsealed, with swipes and scratches. The sixth-plate is in a full case, separated covers, and resealed with archival tape. Overall it's in good condition, other than the couple of scratches shown.
Shipping: Boxed Priority Mail.
