Original hair memento under glass, in what looks like the original frame, with replaced paper backing and wire.
Dimensions of the frame are approximately 9" x 7", with hanging wire on back. Also written on the back is "Ohio, c.1835" and a date of purchase from an antiques store. The names are in light / faded pen; I can't quite make out the top name, but the bottom name is Lucinda Harbaugh.
I notice what looks like the POSSIBILITY of more hair on the backside of the paper - you can sort of see a faint impression of at least one. I can't guarantee there is more hair on the back though, since I've never opened this piece up.. just something I noticed.
