1/6 daguerreotype of a young man in full leather case - a sharp and clear image. He is identified inside of the case as Hiram Linfield, very possibly the same Hiram Linfield (b.1832, d. 1896), who was from a family of bootmakers in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
The daguerreotype is in excellent antique condition with original seals in place. The case is intact but the spine has been repaired and it's missing one of its two hook clasps. Shipping: Well-packed Ground mailer. Boxed Priority also available.
