Nice 6th plate daguerreotype of a woman and her children. I have never taken this out of it's case because it's very snug.. so I don't know if it's sealed or not, or if there are IDs or anything behind the image, but the condition appears to be excellent.
Although not identified, but this came with a lot of other dags out of a Florida estate and one of the other daguerreotypes was of a child identified as John Madison Taylor (b.1851, Georgia)... so there's a good chance this dag was taken somewhere in that area or the southeast US.
