1860s, green leather and brass photo album with 22 original photos included (20 CDVs, 2 tintypes). Some people are identified on the pages and/or on the backs of their CDVs. I checked most, and almost every one that I saw had a Washington, Pennsylvania photographer imprint on the back. I also saw several Civil War revenue stamps. The exterior and overall page condition of the album is very good, however there is a section in the middle, shown, that has pulled away from the binding.. I'm not sure if any pages are missing in that area, but based on the width of the clasp, there wouldn't be more room for more than 1, maybe 2 more pages in the album.
