Original 6th plate daguerreotype of two well-dressed young men.
The plate is stamped SCOVILLS. Plate has a tarnish ring and some condition issues, mold spiders and a diagonal swipe that goes through the middle.. this is very light, and only jumps out at certain angles or under magnification.
Comes in a very poor case.. separated covers, missing rails, etc. I have resealed the dag with archival tape.
