1/6 Tintype Unusual Looking Character Smoking Cigar Top Hat Man 1860s Photo

Original tintype of an interesting looking man, housed behind mat and cover glass in a 1860s 1/6 case. The tintype might be a little bit later, maybe 1870s, or maybe it's 1860s... I am offering as found.

Pressed paper case covers are matching, but separated. Tintype has no bends but does have some spotting.
