Sixth-plate, late-1850s ambrotype of a little boy and his dog. A note on the back of the case identifies him as William T. Russell, husband of Olive Russell. His full name was William Titus Russel, born December 18, 1851 in Shrewsbury, Vermont. He married Olive Cordelia Adams (1853-1926) in January 1892, and died in Northfield, Vermont on April 15, 1919. He was a bridgebuilder by trade.

Ambrotype is in excellent antique condition in full case. The case has some minor issues including a missing clasp and separated covers.
