Rare Occupational Los Angeles Telegraph Worker Cowboy Hats Tools Antique Tintype

Rare tintype of two telegraph linemen in unusual uniforms. they have tools including a ropes and belts and are holding what i believe is some kind of line tester. painted beach backdrop!

Tintype is about 3.5" x 2.5" and in overall very good antique condition with a few light bends.
