Two cased painted portraits or enhanced photos of a man and woman, in large, pebbled leather push button presentation cases. Each portrait is behind glass in an oval hanging frame, and each measure about 4" x 3.25" including the frame, but NOT including the hanging fob.
Both are signed H. Schervee 1914. Gotchald J. “Herman” Schervee was a photographer based in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The frames hang on a peg inside of the cases, which can then be slid forward and propped up in the bottom half of the case, so that they can be displayed at an angle. Both portraits and their frames are in excellent antique condition. The hinged cases are complete and intact. They have wear to the leather but otherwise are very good. The man's case is about 6" x 4.5" closed and the woman's is about 6.5" x 4.75" closed.
