Real photo postcard showing a young woman wearing a great dress, covered with stars and crescent moon, along with, "It Looks Like a Big Night Tonight".

On the back of the postcard, in a note to her sister, she explains that this was the dress she was wearing that won her the $3.00 prize in the masquerade ball. She also describes the dress as black and yellow. The postcard has been mailed, and has a 1909 stamp, as well as a date of 2/9/1909.

Based on the address and the signed name, Lillie, I have been able to identify the girl in the photo... her name was Lillie/Lillian Viola Lochow, daughter of Tillie & Wilhelm, born in Illinois in December 1884, married Oscar Zetterberg, died in NY in 1944.

Dimensions are 5.5" x 3.5" and the image is in very good antique condition.
