Original 1860s, early 1870s stereoview, manufactured in France. When viewed through a backlit light source, it's not only in 3D but the original hand tinted colors are seen.
This stereo has slightly light contrast, though the overall condition is very good. The little holes punched on the left half of the image are original.. they were put there so that light shining through would light up the skeletons' eyes and the lights of the chandelier.
