Original early/mid-1850s 1/6 daguerreotype showing a little girl posing with a porcelain figurine showing Isaac holding a lamb. INCLUDED with the daguerreotype is the figurine, made circa 1850. A rare set! Keep in mind that daguerreotypes were mirror images which is why the figurine appears reversed.
The daguerreotype is housed in its original thermoplastic wall frame, which measures approximately 5” x 4.5”. The dag is unsealed but in very good or better antique condition. The frame is in overall VG antique condition with a stable crack in the upper left corner and smaller one in the lower-right.
The porcelain figurine is about 7.25” x 4” and is in excellent antique condition.
