1/6, late-1850s ruby ambrotype, sealed, full case with detached covers, surname "Boettcher" written inside of case. Based on location of purchase and some research, it's possible the girl was Laura Johanna Wiebke Boettcher, born 1845.
Ambrotype is in excellent antique condition.
