Original tintype of an African American man wearing a uniform of some kind with painted gold buttons.... and is that a painted military style belt buckle? His hat is on the chair next to him. Behind cover glass and mat. The GLASS has a short scratch on it.. I circled it in red… the tintype has a few soft bends.
