Rare original cabinet card of RADM Yates Stirling Sr.(1843-1929), photographed by John Fitz-Patrick of Montevideo, Uruguay. I think he is wearing a Captain's uniform here, and I believe it was taken in March of 1895.
Cabinet card is 6.5" x 4.25" on a thick mount. Good or better antique condition.. other than some light foxing and a round stain, there are no damages.
