Rare and original circa 1919 photo showing Secretary of the Navy Josephus Daniels at the desk signing a document, with a large group behind, mostly Naval figures, along with Major General United States Marines George Barnett, far left, PLUS a young future President Franklin D. Roosevelt, who at the time was Assistant Secretary of the Navy. He held that post until 1919, so this photo could not have been taken later than that.
In the bottom-right area of the image is the following embossed blind stamp:

A rare image!
Dimensions are 10" x 8" on doubleweight, pretty heavy paper. Photo is in overall very good antique condition, the main issue being the creases in the upper-left corner.. it's a pretty serious crease with some minor image loss.. don't know how well that showed up in my pics... The back is blank with black paper residue in the corners.
